Giant Bicycles Sponsors The 2009 Northern California Championship Series

Mountain biking has such deep roots in Northern California that it is not surprising that the upper half is rich in grass-roots events. Giant Bicycles is the title sponsor of the Northern California Mountain Bike Series 2009. The series features nine cross-country events as well as five Super-D events, four Downhill events and two short track events. The season-long points series will end at the finals of the Northern California Mountain Bike Series. LaGrange Fall Classic In Weaverville. Each category’s champion will receive a 1st-place medal and special Nor-Cal Series socks from Sock Guy. They will also be eligible for a championship jersey. For those who have earned second or third place points, medals will be presented. La Grange downhill is a wild and wet place: Vic Armijo photo Coordinated by Team Bigfoot.
